Refund Policy

We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% satisfied! We offer easy returns within 15 days of
your order’s ship date. Only items purchased on the Site will be accepted for return.

All items must be returned in unused or in original packaging to qualify for a full refund of
the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If your package was
damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify
Customer Care immediately at care@ohemaa.net.
